(Virtual) Holy Week at Church of Hope
Due to Governor Inslee’s stay-at-home order and subsequent ban on large gatherings, we are unable to celebrate Holy Week in person this year, but we’ve compiled a bunch of resources for you to celebrate (along with all of us!) at home.
We’ll keep it simple. We’re all swimming in internet links lately. We’ll provide a few here—particularly to the Bible texts. Explore them if you wish. But the story is enough. Start here. End here.
If you have a Bible (any translation is fine; children’s Bibles are great too), open it. Or open these links, and print them if you can.
Read the story: Aloud or silently. Alone or with others (at home or on the phone). What do you notice? What do you wonder? Read it again. How does this story connect with your life today? What might God be inviting you to do, to be, or to change?
